Rental Housing Inspection Program
This program is responsible for ensuring that all residential rental properties in the City of Gresham are maintained to minimum standards of fire, health, and life safety. This program allows for annual mandatory inspection of rental housing units selected by a random statistical sampling. It also includes a complaint-driven component with the highest possible protections for those reporting the violations. Inspections focus primarily on fire safety and egress, structural, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing, health & sanitation issues including the presence of interior dampness/mold, insect/rodent infestation, accumulation of rubbish

Tenants
