This Council Work Plan project:
- Described and analyzed compatibility issues involving residential development
- Developed alternative ways to address the issues
- Produced Development Code and Map amendments
The Code amendments reflect the City’s housing goals, promote safety and sustainability, and incorporate new ideas and best practices where appropriate.
