Development Planning

Development Planning is responsible for the coordination and processing of all land development permits within the City. Development Planning works with regulatory agencies, advisory and citizen committees, the general public and developers to ensure that the City’s goals are implemented through the land use regulations that have been adopted to guide and direct land development within the city.
