Urban Renewal Grant Programs

The Gresham Redevelopment Commission sponsors four reimbursement grant programs in support of the Rockwood-West Gresham Renewal Plan goals.  Each grant provides a matching incentive to encourage private investment in the Urban Renewal Area.

Apartment Rehabilitation

The Apartment Rehabilitation Grant provides financial and technical assistance to owners of multi-family apartment buildings and complexes who wish to rejuvenate the exterior quality, appearance, and security of their rental housing.

New Industries

The New Industries Grant provides an incentive to industrial companies to make capital investment and create quality jobs.

Predevelopment Services

The Predevelopment Services Grant provides financial assistance to industrial and commercial property owners to assess the feasibility of major development projects on their property.

Storefront Improvement

The Storefront Improvement Grant provides financial and technical assistance to business and commercial property owners who wish to restore or update the exterior facade of their building.
