Gresham Redevelopment Commission
The Gresham Redevelopment Commission (GRDC) is responsible for implementing the Rockwood-West Gresham Renewal Plan. Under current Gresham law, members of the Gresham City Council serve as the Gresham Redevelopment Commission. The GRDC adopted GRDC Bylaws on February 26, 2004.
Meetings
Meetings are typically held on the third Thursday of the month at 4:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Public Safety and Schools Building, 1333 N.W. Eastman Parkway.
GRDC meetings allow necessary Urban Renewal business to be dealt with, such as advisory committee reports, bid and grant awards, budget adoption, public hearings, resolutions, etc. Meeting Agendas and Minutes

If you would like to speak at a GRDC meeting, review our speaking guidelines. Public comment is allowed at all GRDC meetings.
Meetings held in the Council Chambers location are broadcast live on MetroEast Community Media, Cable Channel 22.
