• Residential Composting

  The City has a free community compost cart for residents who want to drop off food scraps. Composting food scraps reduces waste and helps our environment.

• Outdoor Dining

  To support local food service businesses during the pandemic, the City is expanding outdoor dining options for serving customers through the Outdoor Eats pilot program.

• Budget Committee

  The Budget Committee is a volunteer committee consisting of the Mayor, Councilors and the seven-member Finance Committee and is responsible to pass the City's approved budget.

• Fire Department

  The Gresham Fire Department provides life safety services to Gresham and the cities of Fairview, Troutdale, Wood Village and areas of unincorporated Multnomah County.

• EMOPI

  East Multnomah Outreach Prevention Intervention (EMOPI) is a community program aimed at stopping youth violence and empowering young people to succeed.

• Sandbag Station

  From November through March a free sandbag-filling station is available to Gresham residents at the City's Operations Center, 2123 SE Hogan Road.
