Yoga in the Park

Join us for Yoga in the Park, hosted by Rising Tide Yoga and Wellness.
Enjoy a free, all-levels outdoor Vinyasa yoga class this summer. Vinyasa yoga is a low-impact style that emphasizes movement and breath.

Wear comfortable clothing suitable for stretching. All ages are welcome.

Yoga in the Park is designed to reduce stress, improve fitness, and help you connect with the community.

What to bring

  • Yoga mat (some will be available)
  • Water
  • Towel
