Digital Accessibility Statement

Commitment to Accessibility

The City of Gresham is committed to meeting its obligations under federal and state accessibility laws and regulations, including Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act. The City of Gresham will not discriminate against qualified individuals with disabilities on the basis of disability in the City’s services, programs, or activities. More information is available on the City’s ADA Title II page

Digital Accessibility

We also are committed to making our website and digital content as accessible as possible. We are currently working to make our web content and mobile apps comply with the W3C’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 A/AA— an internationally recognized accessibility standard used by governments worldwide. These guidelines not only ensure technology accessibility for users with sensory, cognitive, and mobility disabilities but also enhance usability for all individuals, regardless of ability. A description of how we are working to achieve accessibility is available in our digital accessibility roadmap
