Public Comment Meeting: Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report

On or after September 25, 2026, the City of Gresham will submit its Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for 2025-2026 to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The CAPER details the use of Community Development Block Grant funds for the year.

Public comment

The City is interested in your comments on the City's past performance and your ideas for future projects.

• Your comments will be included in the report if received at City Hall on or before September 24, 2026.
• An opportunity to provide live public comment will be provided on Wednesday, September 23 at 3:00 pm. This meeting will take place at Gresham City Hall Conference Room 2A, 1333 NW Eastman Parkway Gresham, OR 97030. You can also join online via Zoom.
• Comments will also be accepted at the the Community Development and Housing Subcommittee (CDHS) meeting where the CAPER will be reviewed on Thursday, September 24, 2026 at 5:30 pm. Members of the public are welcome to attend the CDHS meeting following public comment.
