Want to learn how to make your food last longer and reduce waste? The City of Gresham and Rockwood Market Hall are teaming up to offer a free, new food preservation workshop series.
This is the second workshop of the series and is an introduction to pickling and fermentation. This hands-on workshop covers essential techniques and all materials are provided. Class size is limited to 10 people. Childcare is available. Registration required. Workshop details and RSVP.
