- Oversees and allocates funds from the community enhancement grant program.
- Establishes the grant area boundary, develops the community enhancement grant selection process, reviews grant proposals, and selects grant recipients.

Meeting schedule
The Community Enhancement Advisory Committee meets once or twice annually in the spring. Meetings take place in City Hall, as well as on Zoom.
