Gresham Police is asking for the public’s assistance with locating a stabbing suspect. Officers responded to a call at Mt. Hood Medical Center shortly after 8:30 pm on Aug. 7. Officers learned that Samuel Pablo De Jesus grabbed the steering wheel while a family member was driving in an attempt to cause a crash. The family member was able to avert a crash but Pablo De Jesus subsequently stabbed another family member. This occurred in the Central City Neighborhood of Gresham.

The victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries. Pablo De Jesus stole the victim’s silver 2022 Kia Carnival before police arrived at Mt. Hood Medical Center where the incident was reported. The van has Oregon license plates 063PGF and is missing the key fob so it may become disabled once it is turned off.

Anyone who sees Pablo De Jesus or the van is asked to call 911. Do not approach Pablo De Jesus as he is known to carry firearms and knives. Photo of Pable De Jesus.
