America's night out against crime

Celebrated in Gresham and in thousands of communities around the United States, National Night Out promotes public safety-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make our communities safer. These events provide an opportunity to bring police and neighbors together under positive circumstances.
Gresham Night Out event
Tuesday, Aug. 5
5:30-8:30 pm
Location: Gresham Arts Plaza
Bring your family and invite your neighbors to celebrate Gresham's Night Out (National Night Out) and enjoy family-friendly activities. The City's Fire and Police departments will be on hand showing off some of their equipment and answering questions. Hosted by the City and your local first responders.
Activities include:
- Free ice cream
- Giant bubble show
- Face painting
- Yard games
