Rockwood Neighborhood Association
The goals of the Rockwood Neighborhood Association is to bring together our diverse residents, give them opportunities to become involved in their community, and foster a sense of neighborhood pride. If you are a homeowner, business or tenant in this area, please join us in promoting, preserving and enhancing our quality of life.
Some ways we promote community:
- Sending regular email announcements regarding City issues and events.
- Promoting crime prevention through active Neighborhood Watch Groups and National Night Out events.
- Reporting graffiti reporting and doing clean-ups.
- Volunteering to benefit our neighbors and community.
- Providing a collective voice to policymakers.

Rockwood is bounded on the west by the City limits, on the north by Glisan Street, on the east by 202nd Avenue/Birdsdale Avenue, and on the south, beginning with NW Eleven Mile Avenue and continuing to Market Street.
Meeting schedule and location
Rockwood general meetings are held on the third Thursday of March, May, September, and November at 6:00 pm in the Mosiaco Room at Rockwood Village Apartments, 783 SE 185th Ave.
The Rockwood Board meets on the third Thursday of the month, except for March, May, September, and November. This is an online meeting via Google Meet, from 7:00-8:00 pm. This is generally closed to the public, but community members may email Jason@RockwoodCommon.org or RockwoodPresident@gmail.com to request an invite to listen or present a topic.
Meeting materials
This meeting will be held at 6:00 pm at Rockwood Village Community Center. The featured speaker is Jeffrey Hairston, Gresham Fire Chief, followed by a discussion on the new Rockwood bylaws.
