Gresham Parks and Recreation presents Movies in the Park, the perfect backdrop for a summer open-air cinema event with your family and friends. Enjoy your favorite film or stay for a double feature.

Bring your cozy blankets and favorite movie snacks. Admission is free, so come early to secure your spot.

6:30 pm: Inside Out 2

Rated PG, 100 minutes.

Disney and Pixar’s “Inside Out 2” returns to the mind of newly minted teenager Riley just as headquarters is undergoing a sudden demolition to make room for something entirely unexpected: new Emotions! Joy, Sadness, Anger, Fear and Disgust. These emotions are not sure how to feel when Anxiety shows up. 

8:30 pm: E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial 

Rated PG, 115 minutes

The film follows the story of a child who discovers a stranded alien and attempts to help him find his way home. Meanwhile, a group of government scientists attempt to capture the alien visitor for research.  This classic film was directed by Steven Spielberg and won Oscars for sound, visual effects and score.
