Rockwood-West Gresham Advisory Committee Meeting

The The Rockwood-West Gresham Advisory Committee (RWGAC) meets as needed on the second Wednesday of the month at 6:00 pm. The meetings are currently held virtually via Zoom, an online meeting platform.

Meeting agendas and materials are posted on the RWGAC page in the meeting agendas and minutes section approximately one week before the meeting. Zoom access links and call-in numbers to join the meeting are listed on the RWGAC page and on the first page of the meeting agenda.

How to participate

The City's business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am-5:00 pm.

• One business day advance registration is required to provide written or oral testimony at the meeting.
• Two business days advance notice is required to request alternate arrangements to access the meeting if you are unable to access the meeting via Zoom.
• Three business days advance notice is required to request translation services for the meeting.
