Join Gresham Parks and the Urban Forestry Subcommittee along with Friends of Trees for a hands-on stewardship event! Celebrate Arbor Month and Earth Week by mulching hundreds of native plants that were planted this past winter at Nadaka Nature Park. Refreshments provided!
After all your hard work, reward yourself by taking home a native tree, shrub, or some wildflowers at the event's plant giveaway.
Please arrive by 9:45 am to find our tent and sign-in, stewardship activities start promptly at 10:00 am. We provide gloves, tools, and guidance. All you need to do is show up dressed for the weather and wearing sturdy shoes or boots and be ready to have fun!
This event was made possible, in part, through a grant from the USDA Forest Service.
