Consolidated Plan Annual Action Plan Hearing and CDHS Meeting

The Community Development and Housing Subcommittee (CDHS) will hold a public hearing for the City of Gresham Consolidated Plan 2026-2030 and Annual Action Plan 2026-27. View meeting agenda

This meeting will be held in a hybrid format and participants may attend remotely via Zoom or in-person at Gresham City Hall, Conference Room 2A (2nd floor).

Public comment

The CDHS will accept public comment and will make funding recommendations for Gresham City Council for the City's 2026-27 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and Home Investment Partnership (HOME) funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

Written testimony

Must be received in advance of the meeting by 4:30 pm on May 13, 2026, to Rachel Nehse at CDBGHOME@GreshamOregon.gov.
