  East Multnomah Outreach Prevention Intervention (EMOPI) is a community program aimed at stopping youth violence and empowering young people to succeed. 

• Environmental Overlay Project

  The first part of Gresham's Environmental Overlay project proposes updates to the placement of public stormwater ponds. The second part will update the code for clarity and usability while preserving the established level of protection.

  The City is updating Gresham's development code to reflect state law for affordable housing and emergency shelters.
