Transportation System Plan Project
The Transportation System Plan (TSP) is a blueprint for how people get around Gresham — whether you're walking, biking, driving, or taking public transit.
Gresham is updating the TSP to reflect community needs and priorities. The updated plan focuses on:
- Safety for everyone on the road.
- Equity: ensuring everyone has access to transportation.
- Climate by supporting more sustainable travel options.
- Small-wheeled devices like scooters and e-bikes.
Over the past two years, City staff heard community input about transportation values, projects, and priorities. That input helped shape the final plan.
The Transportation System Plan is now ready for adoption:
- March 23: Planning Commission Review
- April 21: City Council Public Hearing
You can read the final draft under Project Documents on this page and share your comments at either public meeting.
