How it works

  1. Ask a question or submit a request.
  2. Your request will be routed to the correct person at the City, who will communicate with you directly. 
  3. You can follow the progress of the request. You'll be notified when the service is complete, or when a code compliance case is started.

Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and suggest creating a username that doesn’t identify you if you want to keep your information private.

Submitter information is kept confidential to the best extent permitted under the law. If the City receives a lawful order to release the City's records, it may not be possible to keep your account information confidential.

My Gresham purpose

My Gresham service requests and comments are designed to identify and improve issues noted around the Gresham community, while providing a transparent and open communication tool. 

Service request and comment rules

  1. Service requests and comments must relate to the purpose of the My Gresham topic being discussed and not contain spam, advertising or solicitations; advocate illegal activity or violence; promote political opinions, infringe on copyrights, trademarks or intellectual property rights of others.
  2. Service requests and comments must not contain defamatory remarks about a person's age, education, ethnicity, race, family status, gender, national origin, class, physical ability or qualities, religion, sexual orientation, thought processes, or personality.
  3. A service request or comment is the opinion of the poster only and does not imply endorsement or agreement by the City of Gresham, its elected officials or employees.
  4. By submitting service requests or comments, you agree not to misrepresent your identity or affiliation or post libelous/defamatory contents.
  5. The City monitors and enforces this policy. Users and comments that violate this policy are subject to removal, warnings, and temporary blocks from the page.
  6. Service requests and comments are subject to Public Records law.
  7. Submission of a request or comment constitutes acceptance of this policy, which may be revised at any time without notice to the users.

My Gresham submissions and comments will be reviewed for compliance with the comment rules, and if found to be in violation, will be hidden by the My Gresham administrator.

Troubleshooting Tips

Solutions to common problems

I didn’t receive a verification or confirmation email.

  • Check your junk folder in your email system.
  • If you still don’t see a verification email, go to the My Gresham page, and click the “Log in” button.
  • Click “Resend Verification Email,” enter your email address and click the “Resend Verification Email” button.

My password isn’t working.

  • Click the “Forgot your password?” link.
  • Enter your email address.
  • Click the “Reset My Password” button.
